This year鈥檚 Honour and Remember Remembrance Service in 麻豆社国产will get under way at 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 11.
Once again, the service will take place at Brennan Park, with the laying of the wreaths to commence at Stan Clarke Park in downtown 麻豆社国产directly after the service. There will be wreaths laid at the Royal Canadian Legion鈥檚 Cenotaph in the park.
Local air cadets will be participating. Other groups taking part are still to be determined. MLA Jordan Sturdy will also be on hand for the ceremony.
Traditionally, the Royal Canadian Legion Diamond Head Branch #277 has a social gathering with the local Lions Club serving beef dip and buns by donation.聽
The Legion is a cash bar.聽The Black Tusk Pipe Band and several first responders will be present, as well as Legion members.
