The developer behind the Vantage condo project at the Chieftain Plaza is seeking to create another residential development.
聽Accorde Properties has submitted a rezoning application for 1189 and 1201 Wilson Crescent.
聽Should the company succeed in its proposal, it will allow for eight single-family detached homes that have four bedrooms each. The houses will have rooftop decks and oversized garages, which are intended to fit two vehicles and recreational gear like bikes and snowmobiles.
In addition, the development is also seeking to build four townhouses, with each home having three bedrooms each. These units will also have storage space.
聽The developer is calling the project a 鈥減ocket community.鈥
鈥淎ccorde is proud that these homes will be providing an opportunity for a family of four to achieve home ownership while providing gentle densification of the property,鈥 reads a news release sent out by the company.
聽The company will be working with the McKinley Studios Team of designers and architects for the project.
According to the release, the 麻豆社国产Alternative Energy Group will also be providing input on how to incorporate solar roof panels and other green-friendly features into the designs.
