Though not much information has been available to local media about the timeline and current state of the project by developer Matthews West, the company's Taylor Wood did recently tell The 麻豆社国产 that Phase A — earthworks — for the Sp’akw’us Feather park construction is now complete.
"Phase B — landscaping — is now underway," Wood said, in an email in early February.
"Works continue to ramp up with ongoing utility installation on site as well as construction on the [Oceanfront Presentation Centre and Public House] PCPH, adjacent to the park. PCPH will house the Oceanfront 麻豆社国产sales center as well as a public house/brewery."
